Varbergshaugen, Eidfjord

Øvre Eidfjord. Cemetery from the Iron and Viking Age. From route 7 you follow the Sæbø road and take the second road to the left. You then arrive at idyllic Varberghaugen. Grave mounds from the period 500 - 1.000 AD. Walk about 45 min. Free admission to all who are on pilgrimage. Unique great views over the village.
