Natur i nord is open all year round and is based on "the eco- tourism". The owner is specializing on small groups (1-9 people) and using his knowledge within local history and the nature when guiding. When the trips last for more than 3 hours he will prepare a meal by the campfire based on the local raw material (fish, reindeer, m.m.). Natur i nord also offers arrangements designed especially for your group if required.
They have hiking tours in the mountains, nature-guiding in the coastal areas, sea fishing, fishing in lakes or rivers, cross-country skiing, snow-showing and aurora watching. Natur i nord can also design a special tour for you lasting for several days.
In this region it has a fantastic nature and Natur i nord wish you welcome you to join us on thieir tours. Natur i nord is using different areas, by the coast or into the mountains. They also have tours to Dividalen Nationalpark, Skibotndalen and Lyngen. Join them, and they will take you close to the nature and the local history!
The tours are estimated for 9 persons. For larger groups Natur i nord will design special arrangements.
The company, Natur i nord, is owned by Ivar Haugen (42 years).
"I am married and have two children. From childhood I have been hiking in the forest or mountains. During the long winters it is cross-country skiing. When I can take my family or my friends out in the nature, preparing a good meal, I am very lucky."
