Seter Brygge is situated in the most northerly town in Sør-Trøndelag along the north coast shipping channel. It is an old fishing warehouse right next to the harbour which has been tastefully converted into 3 high quality apartments, from the living room window you have a beautiful view over the sea where you can also watch the Coastal Steamer pass twice a day.
Sætervikas existence has always been reliant on fishing. Only a short way to rich fishing grounds and the open sea make it an ideal fishing area. The stable 19 ft. boats take you out to the open sea and fishing places.In summer the coastline with its many islands is a rich fishing area for coalfish, cod, and Pollack.
