We serve passionate food and vinopplevelser based on Trøndelag ingredients cooked in Mediterranean style.

In our menu you will at all times find many dishes that are made from the best ingredients from Norway. The region is the largest and most important in food production in Norway, and has a great diversity of fish, shellfish and local agricultural products. We will do our part to food production Trøndelag is lawful to know and want, with inspiration from Mediterranean cuisine, making good ingredients even better without removing their character.

We work only with fresh ingredients. We must, therefore, a provison that we may have gone out of or have not been able to obtain raw materials for all the dishes in the menus that are published on our website when you get to the restaurant.
