Nedre Hellem is situated in the municipality of Bjugn, 13 kilometers from the center Botngård.
You can reach Nedre Hellem by car or by boat from Trondheim.
Nedre Hellem is a small farm on the outer edge of Fosen peninsula, just 100 m from the sea. The farm is surrounded by bare coastal mountain terrain and salty sea. There are wonderful views of sea, sky and sunsets to be seen from the farm. There is no better place on earth – and that’s a fact! Divided from the main farm in 1924. Since then it has been rebuilt three times. Once in 1972, in 1975 and last time in 2000 when the bathroom and hall was renovated. Most of the interior in the living house is from the seventies. One good example of this period is the wallpaper in some of the bedrooms.
The main house has four bedrooms, with 7 beds in all and a small rowing boat at your disposal.
Hiking trips for large and small on the shore and in the mountains. If you take the ferry to Tarva, you can walk on one of Europe’s best preserved coastal heather highlands. You can also visit one of Norway’s few medieval castles, Austrått Manor, by bicycle!
The farm is located only 100 meters from the beach and has a nice view of the ocean and the sunset.
Behind the farm lays coastal mountains with great view of the seaway and the pastoral landscape.
The living house has three bedrooms (6 beds), big living room, kitchen, bathroom and a veranda toward south.
Washing machine, dishwasher, TV (two channels), microwave, no access to internet.
