Lofoten Fish Restaurant, Oslo

Lofoten Fiskerestaurant was opened by Bjørn Tore Furset in 1997, and was the first restaurant in Fursetgruppen, a group of several top quality restaurants in Oslo.

Lofoten Fish Restaurant's location at Aker Brygge makes it a perfect choice for a business dinner and also a place for an excellent meal with good friends. An elegant, yet cosy and relaxed restaurant with an exquisite maritime menu, good beverages, excellent service, hospitality and solid experience.

Fish and shellfish are ingredients to be treated with honour and respect. That is why we have chosen to follow the seasons and to harvest when quality is at its best.

Preparation and accompaniments will vary, but our clear philosophy is that the result should stimulate all the senses, as well as satisfying the stomach. The whole thing must be finished off with good drink, generosity and hospitality.

In our aquarium we have fresh lobster, both Norwegian and American, year round.
