You feel the atmosphere as soon as you enter into Juhls Silver Gallery on Bryggen. The lighting, the compositions of the exhibitions, the colours. Everything bears witness to the artistic hearts behind it. The girls behind the counter spend time on each customer and know the story behind the products they are selling.

You will find a wide variety of pottery and other handicraft products as well as Norwegian glass and crystal of the finest quality. Also on sale are the unique pieces of jewellery from the Tundra collection, created by Regine Juhls in her silversmith workshop in Kautokeino. You can also find the traditional jewellery worn by the Sami people from day to day and on special occasions.

Frank and Regine Juhls are the first silversmiths from the Norwegian part of Lappland. Inspired by the life on the tundra they have made some of Norwegian handicrafts most innovative creations. It is well worth taking the time to have a closer look at the art of silver crafting when you are at Bryggen.
