Harstad Cultural House

Harstad Culture House is located in Harstad center, five minutes walking distance from the speed boat, steamer and bus terminal.

Its location makes the culture of a sailing mark for the city by Vågsfjord. It is visible from the sea and from large parts of the city.

The main entrance is on the corner of the harbor promenade and thus towards the city center.

The Culture House is co-located with Quality Collection Hotel Arcticus, Harstad Library, The Festival of North Norway, Music in Troms and The Military Band of North Norway.
