A trip to the Lofotr Viking Museum, where we get to participate at a Viking feast. Departure from the Hurtigruten quay in Stamsund every evening. Participation to be ordered online.
Once on board, we'll head for the Viking Museum at Borg, where the Chieftain himself and his family will entertain us.
This fantastic longhouse is a full-sized reconstruction, with exhibitions of archaeological findings from the Viking Era. The Chieftain and his family will also invite us to a Viking feast in the banquet hall.
The meal - consisting of lamb and broth, together with a glass of mead - is included in the price.
In the autumn and winter, we prepare for great aurora observations.
The tour is run in partnership with the Hurtigruten ships and the Lofotr Viking Museum.
