Jørum Farm is located close to the river Namsen in Grong municipality, Norway.
Here children and youngsters can experience a different holiday. The farm has hens, cats, rabbits, dogs and horses. The visitors become a part of the family during their stay on the farm.
The horse is a huge part of the everyday life on the farm, and you are free to participate! You can enjoy horseback riding either on the course or in the forest. Or you can enjoy a nice quiet ride with horse and carriage. If you enjoy bathing, perhaps we can tempt you with both horses and bathing; bathing with horses! This is a very popular activity.
The things children experience while they stay at the farm, they seldom have the possibility to experience at home; the synergy between nature, animals and humans.
We are one of the Inn on the yard farms in Grong. We work closely with childhood / school and health / social sectors. In on the yard's mastery and joy of living in green surroundings.
Ride the courses start in the early spring and lasts until the summer holidays. The course lasts for 10 nights and costs $ 1500
